Zoran Sova was born in 1962 in former Yugoslavia. He graduated with an engineering degree from University of Sarajevo. After a war in his country, Zoran immigrated to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2001 where he has lived since.

His first published book “Spread your Wings” was a book of poetry published in Croatia in 2000. Zoran regularly contributed to Trip Sheet Magazine from 2005-2010 with a series of articles titled “To be or not to be Taxi driver.” Jointly with other authors from Croatia, Zoran published his poems in many books, he has been featured in television and radio programs and presented his work internationally at numerous literature promotion events.
